Antony Sanders - Musical Director
Commonly known as 2 tone, Antony is husband to Caroline and father to Craig. Very DYNAMIC in his manner except when he’s on trombone.

Kevin Harvey - Assistant Musical Director
Alias number 2. Often to be seen swapping his bass for a stick but that’s a FAIR COP.

Kate Aggett - Principle Cornet
Music teacher and percussionist who likes to dabble on Cornet. Often referred to as TIGGER or STUMPY LUMPY due to her constant bouncing.

Ellie Cole - Front Row Cornet
Smellie Ellie (though she smells lovely really). An up and coming musician who has worked her way up to the 2nd seat in the band.

Jenny Coyles - Front Row Cornet
Aka MINI ME ( though not so mini any more, a junior version of her cousin who used to play in the band) Another up and coming musician who is now studying music with a view to becoming a professional musician.

Paul Bond - Front Row Cornet
007 has been in the band for many years and loves cows!

Jenna Burkhill - Front Row Cornet
A trainee nurse and newcomer to the band.

Barry Hughes - Soprano Cornet
A HIGH FLYER and chairman of the band. Although a lover of all seasons SUMMER TIME is his favourite.

Martin Stanley - Repriano Cornet
Techno boy has every gadget going but not quite found one to develop the art of cornet playing.

Haley Rose - Repriano Cornet
Rose by name but not by nature. A rather petite figure but a huge mouth that more than makes up for it. Has worked her way up from 3rd cornet but can now be seen on Rep.

David Jones - Second Cornet
JONES THE STEAM has been in the band for a long time and doesn’t look a bit different from when he first joined. A former army musician who has enthused and encouraged many youngsters in the cornet section.

Penny Waterman - Second Cornet
Regular member of the cornet section when shes not in Africa.

Brian Harmer - Second Cornet
A HOBBY BOBBY cornet player who took the instrument up later in life but has made great progress.
 

David Cooper-Keeble - Third Cornet
Another Dave whose easy to distinguish just look for his brother first.

Melanie Jay - Repiano Cornet
A quiet young lady who has progressed through the junior ranks and shows great potential.

Matthew Harmer - Solo Cornet
The son of Brian another up and coming individual who is quick witted and eats polos in his spare time.

Rebecca Lester - Flugel Horn
Little nursy has come through the ranks a FLASH of inspiration to us all.

David Thurston - Solo Horn
Father to James and William, Dave has been ON BOARD for many years.

Beverley Bond - First Horn
A long standing member of the band and mother to Paul & Michael. Keeps us well stocked with bakery treats.

Debbie Probert - Second Horn
Partner and advisor to number 2 when she’s on time. Scatty but we love her.

Tony Willis - Second Horn
Who can always BOWL us over with his humour.
 

Marlene Chant - First Baritone
Often displays a more serious side (that’s the teacher coming out) but a source of entertainment for us all and a wiz on the BBQ.

Jane Gibson - First Baritone
A late comer to the art of baritone playing. Has made great progress.

David Treweek - Second Baritone
Another more senior member and great at instrument repairs, we’d be a BROKEN BAND without him.

David Chant - Second Baritone
Often referred to as ‘BEARDY DAVE’ due to the grey matter on his face but easy to distinguish.

Sandra Lester - Solo Euphonium
Mother and nurse to all. An organiser at heart, Sandra is always ABREAST of the situation. (also a little CHEEKY!!)

Lynda Westwood - Euphonium
Lynda is a fountain of knowledge especially when it comes to animals, our very own wise old owl.

Lorna Wrycraft - Euphonium
A new edition to this section, also dabbles on percussion and multi talented to the CORP.

Bill Cooper-Keeble - Solo Trombone
Our principle trombone is the source of most of the poor jokes told at concerts. With his soft silky hair he is fondly known as Uncle Bill.

Caroline Sanders - Second Trombone
Wife to our leader and mother of Craigy. Often very quiet but gives the guys in the section a run for their money.

Robert Dack - Second Trombone
Dackie joined the band after a long association with concert bands and playing the clarinet. He finally saw the light and decided to learn a proper instrument.

Simon Aggett - Bass Trombone
Little FLUB has floated around the band for several years and has loved the challenge of this position.

Mervin Coulson - Eb Bass
Another old timer and a fountain of all knowledge when it comes to football.

William Thurston - Eb Bass
Adapted to Eb bass very well but never one to BUSTER gut.

Paul Hignett - Second Horn
Has just joined the cornet section from Bb bass and discovered the art of off beats.

Ben Simpson - Bb Bass
Also known as big Ben.

James Thurston - Percussion
Has been in the band for several years, a drummer at heart but often DIPS into the land of percussion.

David Petter - Percussion
A late starter in the art of percussion but think he will STICK with it.

Michael Bond - Percussion
Baby Bond when smiling has a set of dimples that sometimes wins the cute factor. Often to be found on planet Michael his second home.

Craig Sanders - Percussion
Has grown about an inch in the last year so no longer the smallest but still very cheeky and loyal to the tractor boys.

Peter Gibson - 3rd Cornet
Our newest and youngest recruit has joined the cornet bench. Son to Jane he has now replaced Craig as the Cutest and smallest and definitely a blues fan.

Ian Bellehewe - Bb Bass
Young Bushy has returned to the band after a little break and taken on the challenge of Bb bass he seems to be relishing the role.
